About an order

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Returns & cancellations

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled; you can request a return after delivery.
