Free worldwide shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide to destinations available at checkout. If your address is not available, email hello@saintandoak.com before ordering.

Production & delivery

Each artwork is prepared for your order. Delivery estimates shown when you shop are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Production, destination, customs, and carrier delays may affect the timing.

Track your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Items may arrive in separate packages. If you need help finding an update, email us with your order number.

Address changes & cancellations

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or address change. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled. Returns can be requested after delivery, within our 14-day return window. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customs & delivery issues

Any applicable import duties or local taxes are separate from free shipping. If your parcel is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact hello@saintandoak.com so we can help investigate.
