14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Email hello@saintandoak.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please keep the artwork in its original condition and retain the protective packaging.

How to return your artwork

Contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return address and packing instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Do not send your return to an address on the parcel without checking with us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us promptly with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

24-hour cancellation window

You may cancel your order by emailing hello@saintandoak.com within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery before requesting a return within the 14-day return window.
